Our furnace went out so we called AAA Home Services, they had a tech come out right away to diagnose our problem and turns out we needed a new furnace and a/c unit. John came out to do an estimate of our system and had us a price in less than 15 minutes. John walked us through his recommendations and options and explained what to expect and answered all of our questions. He was friendly, professional and a great guy. The installers Rob and Jeff also very friendly, professional and experienced. They did a great job and got it done the same day, removed the old units and boxes and were very pleasant. Very professional and courteous. My water heater stopped working on Thursday called Friday morning for a service call and AAA came out that afternoon. Jim told us he would see if he could get someone out here on Saturday to replace the water heater.
