Very professional and courteous. My water heater stopped working on Thursday called Friday morning for a service call and AAA came out that afternoon. Jim told us he would see if he could get someone out here on Saturday to replace the water heater. He called Jeremy and asked if he would fit us into his busy schedule and thankfully Jeremy said yes!!! Mitch is awesome! We have been using AAA Appliance for at least 13 years now. They have always taken good care of us in a timely manor. We won’t even think of calling anyone else. They have repaired our washing machine, our dryer, our microwave, and our refrigerator over he past 13 years. This refrigerator repair took a genius. A previous repair (not AAA) had installed a valve backwards and the water lines leaked every time the ice maker tried to fill. Jon fixed it this morning. We have been using ice cube trays for almost a year. Thank you so much.read more

They were great. They gave a heads up call they were on their way to avoid me just sitting and waiting during the four hour window. They also made sure their feet was clean from the rain as well as kept everything nice and neat. Great attention to detail. Made sure everything was up to code and accommodated my life. I had Jeremy come out and do an estimate for some electrical work. He was very friendly and clearly knowledgeable. The price he quoted seemed reasonable, so we had him do the work. I had a new HVAC system installed yesterday (4/24/18) and the only company that I requested an estimate was Superior Heat and Air. I had previously used them for service calls and their workmanship was always very professional and highly acceptable. They started at 8:30 yesterday and finished by 1:45 and the system is all that I had hoped for. I highly recommend Superior Heat and Air for new HVAC systems and service to existing systems.read more
